Information you choose to provide

When you send an inquiry through this website, we receive your name and email address, along with any optional message, phone number, property address or neighborhood, buying or selling timeline, and communication preferences you provide. Your request type, submission time and relevant website source information may also be recorded.

Inquiries are saved in a private website inbox accessible through authorized administration, so BLONDIE & BARKSTROM can review and respond to them. If you call, text or email us instead, we receive the information you provide through that service. Please do not submit Social Security numbers, bank details, loan documents, identity documents or other sensitive financial information through this form or ordinary email.

Responding to your request and optional updates

We use your inquiry to answer your questions, contact you about the services you requested and organize appropriate follow-up. Requesting neighborhood updates or selecting an optional marketing preference records that choice. Submitting the form does not itself activate an automated newsletter or text-message subscription.

You can contact us to change your communication preferences or ask us to stop marketing follow-up. You do not need to agree to optional marketing to ask a property question.

Website security and source information

To limit spam and repeated submissions, the site may derive a hashed value from a request’s IP address for security checks. A raw IP address is not included in the saved inquiry record. Our hosting and infrastructure providers may separately process IP addresses, browser or device details, requested pages, timestamps and security logs to operate and protect the website.

When you arrive through a campaign link, the inquiry may include limited, validated source tags such as a campaign, medium or referring source. These tags help identify which website or marketing material brought an inquiry to us. They are not a request for personal information in a URL; please do not put names, email addresses or other private details into campaign tags.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people find and use the website. Google Analytics may use cookies and similar technologies to collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, traffic source and website interactions. These can include use of contact links, home-search links and successful form submissions.

The website’s inquiry tracking is designed to record the interaction without sending your name, email address, phone number, property address or message to Google Analytics. A contact-button click does not confirm that a phone call or real estate transaction took place.

Google processes analytics information under its own terms. Read how Google uses information from sites that use its services. You can use browser privacy controls and Google’s available opt-out tools to limit analytics collection.

Sharing and third-party services

Hosting, storage and other service providers process information needed to operate the site and handle requests. Information may also be shared with HomeSmart, relevant transaction participants or other service providers when needed for requested real estate services, or as required by law.

Home search, maps, reviews and other external links take you to third-party services with their own privacy practices. We do not control those services. See our website disclosures for more information about property-search and other external content.

Retention and your choices

Retention depends on the purpose of the information, the status of your inquiry or real estate relationship, and applicable legal, brokerage, security and transaction-record obligations. This page does not promise immediate or automatic deletion of records that must be retained.

You may ask what contact information we hold, request a correction, change contact preferences or ask us to delete information that is not needed for those purposes. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.
