Megan is BLONDIE. Jacob is her husband and real estate partner. We work together through HomeSmart, with a particular interest in North Central Phoenix’s established homes and irrigated lots.
We bought our first North Central home together in 2017. Original cast-iron plumbing, single-pane windows, an aging air conditioner, and a lot of potential gave us our own education in buying and improving an older home.
That experience shapes the questions we ask with clients: What has been updated? What needs investigation? Which improvements are worth considering before a sale?
