BLONDIE's Keep our Community Clean Effort:
A note from BLONDIE: To tell you a little about the effort, I have partnered with the City of Phoenix's Adopt-A-Street Program, so that I can give back to the community that I live and work in. My goal in starting this volunteer group is to volunteer for something that directly correlates with my efforts as a REALTOR® serving my neighbors - and so, I sought out volunteer work that would improve the neighborhood and improve or better maintain property values.
Here are just a few ways that BLONDIE's Keep our Community Clean Effort helps with property values:
1. Creates a stronger sense of community.
2. Keeps a highly trafficked area clear of debris.
3. Creates a more vibrant neighborhood where people want to live.

Trash pick-up is performed once a quarter and volunteers are always appreciated and accepted. You can follow BLONDIE's volunteer event updates for dates, times, and locations at BlondieRealtor.com.
All volunteers, upon their arrival and participation are provided a neon "Volunteer" Blondie shirt - which volunteers may keep. Volunteers will be loaned trash bags, gloves, and if needed - a trash picker claw. Water, and a light lunch will be provided - hand sanitizer will be available as well as soap - for washing hands under the water dispenser.
